All you need is a 20 mm cobochon-candrel. Design your cabochon on the mandrel, temper it in your vermiculite or annealing oven. Clean it and glue it on top of the bottlecap.
If your cabochon is rather flat, it works fine with vermiculite or annealing bubbles!
